Dear Colleagues and Friends,
On behalf of the Bulgarian Society of Neurosonology and Cerebral Hemodynamics I have the honor to invite you to the Sixth National Congress with international participation, which will be held in Sofia from 9 to 11 October, 2020 at the Park Hotel “Moskva”. During the Congress we will celebrate the 15th Anniversary of the Society.
Traditionally, the event is multidisciplinary and is supported by the Neurosonology Research Group of the World Federation of Neurology, European Society of Neurosonology and Cerebral Hemodynamics, Military Medical Academy – Sofia, National Sports Academy “Vasil Levski”, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and Arts, Public Academy of Science, Education, Culture and the Bulgarian Medical Association.
The congress is dedicated to socially significant diseases in Neurology and related border areas of medicine – cerebrovascular diseases, cardio-cerebral syndromes, neurorehabilitation, orthostatic intolerance and others. Emphasis is placed on the latest developments in Neurosonology and their application in clinical practice.
Because of Covid-19 pandemic, this year the Congress will give an opportunity for hybrid participation – face to face and online. In this way we will continue to keep the international format of our event.
Practical seminars and poster sessions will be organized as well. The award “Neurosonologist of the Year – 2020” will be awarded for the third time.
